We find that adding swing to our dancing helps to maintain a flow of energy, creating smooth and easy transitions between moves. In this course we share our idea of swing with you, exploring side to side, backwards, and rotational swing to create to different moves and improvise freely.
This is the first part of a two part course. Once completed, move on to our ‘Transitions and Flow: Partnered’ course.
