• Lead / follow multiple turns within the catch sequence
• Lead / follow different ending position for your catches
• Create flow in your transitions and be able to lead and follow continuous catches
• Dance a variety of different catches, including catches on the right and left side of the followers
• Add dynamics and speed changes to your catches
• Use different points of connection to create the catch
